Terms & Conditions for F.M. Nazmul Hosen Prince
1. Services
I provide web design, development, and related digital services as outlined in individual project
proposals or statements of work (“Project Agreements”).
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, materials, and access necessary for project completion.
Delays may impact timelines.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are specified in the Project Agreement. A deposit is typically required to begin work. Invoices are
payable within [Net 15] days. Late payments may incur interest.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website deliverables as specified in the Project
Agreement. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio and to reuse general coding techniques.
5. Revisions
The Project Agreement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at a
standard hourly rate.
6. Third-Party Services
You are responsible for ongoing costs of third-party services hosting, domain unless otherwise managed
under a retainer.
7. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the total value of the Project Agreement. I am not liable for indirect damages
lost profits, data loss.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for
payment for work completed up to that point.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

10. Entire Agreement
The Project Agreement and these Terms constitute the entire agreement.
11. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events
outside their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, or widespread internet
outages).
12. Disclaimer: While I strive for excellence, I do not guarantee specific business outcomes, profit
increases, or search engine rankings as a result of using my services.
